Consider doing this for your next Quarterly or Annual Strategic Planning Meeting. Leave the meeting with ONLY 10 Core Projects to do for the Quarter (smaller ones) or Year (Larger ones). Either way – limit them to 10.
Cut back all the ideas you have to a TOP 10 List.
Pick the TOP 4 – As the CORE Projects (Corner pieces of the Puzzle)
Pick the NEXT 4 – Next In Line Projects (Side pieces of the Puzzle)
Pick the LAST 2 – As the Shiny Projects (Middle pieces of the Puzzle)
And ensure you do them in that order ideally… i.e. if you miss on 2 – they’d be the last 2 – not the first 8. Focus on the Critical Few projects versus the Important Many. And build your business like a jigsaw puzzle. This is a method that will make sense to all employees too.
These Four Videos will all help you and your employees do this and make them all happen for once too.
