You see, you can’t change everyone to be just like you. Nor do you want that. You want employees in your company to share the same core values. But core values are NOT the same as personality traits.
Get everyone on your management team, or in your business area, to do a personality profile each year. Something like Kolbe, Myers Briggs, DISC etc. Then share the results with each other to learn more about each other. And to learn how to work better with each other, while leveraging each others personality traits. Every year, do a different profile to continue to learn more about each other.
You’re ALL Bonkers. And you wouldn’t want it any other way.
